Carrot cake

INGREDIENTS


3 eggs

1 cup apple sauce

2 cups blanched almond flour

1/4 cup chia seeds

15g agave syrup

15g coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger powder

1 1/4 cups finely grated or shredded carrot

1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 180°.

Combine all ingredients and mix well (ideally using a food processor).

Pour into mould or muffin cups and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
