- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 small apple or pear
- 2 cup silk coconut or rice milk without added sugar
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp cardamom
- 15g almond slivers
Let fruits simmer in a small saucepan with the milk, spices and syrup during 10 min, stirring regularly.
Once the milk infused, add the chia seeds and mix well during 2 minutes.
Add a bit of water or milk if the preparation is too thick. Serve warm with almond slivers on top.
