- 150g almonds
- 200g applesauce (no added sugar)
- 100g dark chocolate
- 20g coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 10ml full-fat coconut milk
Preheat oven to 180°.
Grind the almonds into a fine powder.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat with the coconut milk.
Combine coconut sugar and applesauce before adding the melted chocolate, the almond powder and baking powder.
Transfer to a mold and bake 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool before unmolding (it should stay pretty soft and moist).
