- 150g almonds
- 50g cacao powder (no added sugar)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g butter
- 100ml de silk coconut milk
- 1 TBSP agave syrup
- 10g coconut sugar
Preheat oven to 180°.
Grind the almonds into a not too fine powder. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Place the dough for 10 minutes in the fridge. Once the dough cold enough, create 10 small cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool before enjoying!
