INGREDIENTS

100g rice flour

2 eggs

20g cornstarch

230ml hazelnut milk

20g melted butter

Mix the salt, rice flour and cornstarch in a bowl.

Form a hole in the center of the bowl and pour the whole eggs.

Add the melted butter.

Gradually pour the milk while mixing with a whisk. The dough should be very fluid.

Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Heat your pan over medium heat, grease and pour a bit of dough.

NB : Gluten-free dough needs a little more cooking time than conventional dough!
