Kale chips

Vegan - Gluten free

For 2 generous servings

1 bundle green or purple Kale

Olive oil


Cumin (our favorite!) or any spices you fancy

Preheat oven to 140°.

Rinse kale, then tear into small pieces removing the large stems.

In a bowl, mix kale with the chosen spices, salt and a bit of olive oil.

Spread the leafs over baking sheets leaving space between them.
Bake for 15 minutes then toss and bake few more minutes until crispy. Watch closely as it can burn easily.

Enjoy right away!

Ps - you can store leftovers for 2-3 days. Yet, it is much tastier when fresh!
