Spicy beet Crackers

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cooked beets
- 2 Tbsp flax seeds
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Organic Massale or Curry spices mix
- Ground pepper
- Dry basil and/or oregano
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Transfer to a bowl and let sit for 15min to 1h (the more you wait, the better the consistency will be).
Preheat oven to 100°.
Oil the baking sheets and form thin crackers.
Bake for 50min, then flip the crackers and bake for 50min.
Those crackers taste amazing with goat cheese or homemade guacamole!
