Vegan fruit crumble

INGREDIENTS

-cup almond flour
- 10g coconut sugar
- 10g butter, room temperature
- 2 apples, cut in small cubes (or 2 cups blueberries, or 2 pears)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp unsweetened vanilla powder

Preheat oven to 180°.

Mix almond floor, sugars, butter, vanilla, cardamom and half of the cinnamon to form a crumble dough.

Place fruits in baking mould. Mix with the cinnamon. Cover with crumble.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm!
