VERSATILITY IN MOTION

CIRCLE is a method gathering different disciplines around one assumption - that our reason of being is to play with the complexity of our body and minds. By mixing Crossfit, Functional training, Weightlifting, Yoga, Breathing techniques and Nutrition - but also by applying their fundamentals to other sports and life challenges - we disrupt usual training methods and guarantee an always evolving approach that fits everyone needs.


We believe in versatility as our capacity to adapt and develop skills. We believe in breathing and moving as foundations of a sustainable and funkier lifestyle, putting down boundaries to retrieve space and pleasure in the body. We believe in strength and concentration as the most effective weapons to regain our freedom and be able to slow down the fluctuations of the mind while the world around us keeps moving.

Who are we ?

Sharing our skills and our passion for movement, as well as our interest for a better and healthier lifestyle, has been an evidence. As a couple we are convinced that finding balance in every layer of our lives is key - without losing the fun nor the efficiency! Training together is a luxury and a pleasure that naturally led to teaching and working together.

Arthur Giroux

Arthur Giroux

A former professional footballer, certified trainer (BPJEPS AGFF and STAPS) with a specialty in team sports training, Arthur is also certified in NLP and "Conjugate Method". Coach at Reebok Crossfit Louvre in Paris, praised for his listening skills and his results on strength and weightlifting programs, he also trains many individual athletes on a daily basis.

Thomas Grinier

Thomas Grinier

Tom is a certified Sports trainer (BPJEPS), French boxing and Crossfit level 2 trainer.
He deepened his knowledge on nutrition completing the Precision Nutrition certification.
He is one of the coaches of the Reebok Crossfit Louvre team in Paris.

Jules Mons

Jules Mons

An true sport Passionate, Jules is a former professional soldier. After three years in the Army (Chasseurs Alpins) which enabled him to develop a flawless mind and physique, as well as to realize the importance of functional training, he chose to head towards physical preparation. He completed his BPJEPS AGFF, Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit Gymnastic and Mixed Modal certification from Opex. He now coaches at Reebok Crossfit Louvre in addition to following athletes in their specific physical preparation.

Alya Nazaraly

Alya Nazaraly

A certified Yoga teacher and Nutrition coach (Working Against Gravity certification), trained by Mathieu Boldron after several years of personal practice and a daily training discipline (Functional movement, Crossfit), Alya practices a dynamic and rejuvenating Yoga. Her flow is a search for balance and freedom of movement - it is all about playing around the complexity of our bodies and our minds to reveal the potential of each of us. Her teaching is inspired by several disciplines without forgetting the essential: finding space to breathe better, move better and face the challenges of the everyday life!
